What is ReelText?

ReelText turns a podcast episode transcript into a structured, branded PDF of show notes — SEO-optimized title, 150–160 character description, 3–5 sentence summary, five key takeaways, timestamps, and a guest bio with CTA. One PDF per episode, same-day delivery in 95%+ of orders.

How much does it cost?

Pay once per episode. Three tiers based on episode length:

• $50 — up to 30 minutes (Tight episode)
• $100 — 30 to 60 minutes (Interview or deep dive)
• $150 — 60 to 90 minutes (Full-arc deep dive)

No subscription, no retainer, no minimum. Episodes longer than 90 minutes are quoted on request — typically $150 plus $25 per additional 30 minutes. Email reeltext@jkcreative.store with the episode length for a quote.

How fast is delivery?

Most orders are delivered within a few hours of form submission. Edge cases — very long transcripts, API timeouts, or jobs our QA step flags for manual review — can take up to 24 hours. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, you receive an email status update.

What transcript formats do you accept?

Any transcript source. Most podcast hosts (Riverside, Descript, Buzzsprout) auto-transcribe; we work directly from those exports. You can also paste text or upload .docx, .pdf, or .txt. We do not yet accept raw audio or video files — most hosts will transcribe for free or at low cost.

What if I don't like the output?

Reply to the delivery email and tell us what needs adjusting. We turn a revised version around within 24 hours at no charge. If a revised version still does not meet expectations, you may request a refund within the 30-day window.

What is the refund policy?

30-day refund window from the date your payment is processed:

• 100% refund if you have paid but the pipeline has not started processing your transcript yet.
• 90% refund after PDF delivery (10% retained to cover Square fees, LLM and infrastructure costs, and support time). Free revisions are always our preferred path before a refund.

How do I cancel?

There is nothing to cancel — ReelText is pay-per-episode, not a subscription. You only pay when you submit a transcript. To request a refund on an order you already paid for, see the refund policy above.

How do I get support?

Email reeltext@jkcreative.store. Replies typically go out within a few hours during business days. For order-specific questions, replying to your delivery email is fastest because it includes the job ID.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed through Square. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay where available. Square handles all payment data — no card details ever touch our servers.

Is my content private?

Yes. Transcripts are processed on our own infrastructure, never used to train third-party models, and purged within 30 days of delivery. We never publish or share your content.

Can I order for a ghost-produced show?

Yes. Put your email on the intake form; the PDF goes wherever you specify. No credits, no mentions — the output is yours to ship however you want.
