Most orders are delivered within a few hours of form submission. Edge cases — very long YouTube captions, API timeouts, or jobs our QA step flags for manual review — can take up to 24 hours. If we can't deliver within 24 hours, we email you a status update.
QWhat if I don't like the output?

Reply to the delivery email and tell us what needs adjusting. We turn a revised version around within 24 hours at no charge. If we can't make it right, we refund you.
QDo you accept audio or video files directly?

Not yet — we work from transcripts only. Most hosts (Riverside, Descript, Buzzsprout) auto-transcribe, and YouTube auto-generates captions for free. If you don't have one yet, Riverside's free tier or Descript's 1-hour trial will get you one in minutes.
QIs my content private?
A
Yes. Transcripts are processed on our own infrastructure, never used to train third-party models, and purged within 30 days of delivery. We never publish or share your content.
QCan I order for a ghost-produced show?
A
Yes. Put your email on the intake form; the PDF goes wherever you specify. No credits, no mentions — the output is yours to ship however you want.
